1. Website purpose
Jerry Auto introduces China-market new and selected used vehicles and provides a route for overseas dealers, importers, fleets and other buyers to request sourcing or export support. The site is not a consumer checkout or a vehicle reservation system.
2. Vehicle listings and prices
Vehicle listings, descriptions, photos, range figures, market terms and availability are provided as sourcing references. Public vehicle amounts are displayed only in US dollars and identified on an FOB China basis. A matching Jerry Auto Made-in-China USD amount is retained. Without one, a new vehicle may show an indicative FOB amount derived from the lowest verified AutoHome mainland-China manufacturer guide-price basis for the same model scope or a separately labelled similar mainland model; a used vehicle may show an indicative FOB amount calculated from 60% of that stated exact or comparable basis. Source amounts are converted with the site's fixed 7.20 reference rate, reviewed September 2, 2026, and rounded up to the next US$100. Comparable references disclose the known difference and are not a confirmed price for the listed vehicle. Vehicles without a reliable basis show “Request FOB quote (USD).” The final written FOB quotation can change with stock, trim, model year, mileage, condition, exchange rate and named China loading port; ocean freight, insurance and destination costs are separate unless expressly included.
Before payment or contract, buyers must obtain confirmation of the exact vehicle, VIN where applicable, condition, mileage for used vehicles, steering position, specification, documents, price basis and destination suitability. Images are illustrative product references and may not show the final vehicle supplied.
3. New and used vehicle sourcing
For new vehicles, the buyer must confirm the final market version, homologation, configuration and availability. For used vehicles, the buyer must confirm actual condition, history, VIN, mileage, inspection evidence and availability for the individual unit. No website description replaces those checks.
4. Import, compliance and buyer responsibility
Import rules, registration requirements, taxes, emissions or safety standards, right- or left-hand-drive restrictions and homologation requirements vary by destination. The buyer is responsible for confirming the rules that apply in the destination market. Jerry Auto can help collect vehicle and export information, but does not guarantee that any listed vehicle is eligible for import, registration or use in every country.
5. Enquiries and communications
Submitting an enquiry asks Jerry Auto to respond about a vehicle or sourcing requirement; it does not create a contract or commitment to supply. A buyer should use accurate contact and requirement information and should not submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content. Commercial terms, payment, inspection, shipping, document scope and dispute arrangements are agreed only in the applicable written quotation, proforma invoice or contract.
6. Brand references and intellectual property
Vehicle makes and model names are used to identify sourcing requests. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Jerry Auto does not claim to be the manufacturer, brand owner or an authorised dealer for the brands mentioned on this website. Website design, original text and Jerry Auto branding may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may be changed, suspended or unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jerry Auto is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on website information without the written confirmation required for a transaction. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
