Confirm vehicle age, left- or right-hand drive eligibility, destination documents, tax basis and the receiving port before selecting stock. Lagos-area ports must be stated in the freight request.

RHD is commonly requested, but the buyer must confirm current age, inspection, emissions, duty and registration rules for the exact vehicle. Use Mombasa only after the consignee confirms the route.

Can Jerry Auto export cars from China to any African country?
We accept enquiries from African importers, but eligibility, available transport and documentation are checked for the exact destination, port and vehicle. No page should be treated as universal import approval.
Can I buy right-hand-drive cars from China for Africa?
Yes, you can submit an RHD sourcing request. The actual steering position, market version, VIN or production source and destination eligibility must be confirmed before contract.
Are Chinese electric cars suitable for African markets?
Suitability depends on the route, charging connector and power supply, climate, service support, software, battery specification and local rules. These items should be reviewed for the selected EV and country.
How are new- and used-car FOB reference prices shown?
All public amounts are shown in US dollars on an FOB China basis. A matching Jerry Auto Made-in-China USD amount is retained. Without one, a new car uses the lowest verified exact-model or clearly labelled similar-model AutoHome guide-price basis; a used-car estimate starts at 60% of that stated basis. Source-derived amounts are indicative, and the final written FOB quotation confirms the exact vehicle and named China loading port.
Can you ship by container or RoRo?
The available method depends on the vehicle, quantity, origin and destination port. Jerry Auto checks the route after receiving the full buyer brief and separates vehicle price from freight and destination costs.
What information should an African dealer send?
Send the model or body type, new or used condition, fuel or powertrain, LHD/RHD, quantity, budget, destination country, port and required delivery term. For used cars, add target year and maximum mileage.
